This project is 5 years in the making. I rekt my life. My wife left me and I spent 2 years in solitude, doing yoga and meditating. Then I spent a year in jail for my stupidity - and during that time I wrote a book on trauma recovery via yoga and meditation. Another two years passed as I healed and practiced yoga.
Now, I'm wanting to take my own next steps in my healing, by sharing my path so that others may follow, and find relief faster.
